The Story Behind BCC Valet and Detailing
Bishops Car Care started with a simple ambition: to build something I could genuinely call my own.
After developing a real passion for detailing, I wanted to create a business that was about more than cleaning cars. It’s about the satisfaction of handing a vehicle back to someone who can see the difference, and building the kind of relationships with customers that keep them coming back.
Detailing is personal to me. Every vehicle has a story and I take pride in looking after each one properly. Running Bishops Car Care has also given me the chance to become part of the local community and meet new people every day. This is just the beginning and I’m committed to building something Norfolk can rely on.
Premium Products, Professional Results
I’m particular about the products I use because the products directly affect the results.
For interior cleaning and restoration I rely on Koch-Chemie, whose products deliver exceptional finishes while protecting delicate surfaces. During the wash process I use Bilt Hamber for safe, effective cleaning that removes contamination without compromising the paintwork.
For machine polishing, paint enhancement and finishing I use Koch-Chemie alongside CarPro and Gtechniq. These are professional grade products that allow me to achieve the level of gloss, protection and durability that every vehicle deserves.

Bishops Car Care is based in Norfolk with a strong focus on Dereham and Norwich. These are the areas at the heart of the business where I continue to build lasting relationships with customers.
That said, I cover the whole of Norfolk. Whether you’re in a city, a market town or a rural village, the same standard of work comes to you.

I’m constantly looking to improve. Better equipment, new treatments, a better experience for every customer. This isn’t just a business to me and that shows in the work.
Training & Qualifications
I hold a City & Guilds qualification in paint correction, specialising in polishing and sanding techniques. This gives me a solid foundation when working on vehicle paintwork, allowing me to improve paint finishes safely while maintaining the integrity of every vehicle.
Beyond the qualification, I continuously develop my knowledge by keeping up with new products, techniques and technologies. There’s always more to learn and I take that seriously.
